The Christie is similar to our Brystal model, but with some extra curb appeal. This model features a beautiful exterior with multiple roof angles and a covered front porch. Inside, there\u2019s a large family room with a gas fireplace, an open kitchen\/breakfast area, and a formal dining room that can be used as a home office or flex space. Hidden behind a clever pocket door is a mudroom with plenty of shelving and extra space for a freezer, second refrigerator, or a coat\/shoe rack. Plus, it includes a separate entrance to keep dirt and mud out of the main house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This floorplan also offers a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a laundry room with its own window for plenty of natural light. In the kitchen\/breakfast area and beyond the elegant French doors is a large covered porch that lets you enjoy the outdoors, without worrying about the weather. Plus, it can be screened-in for an awesome bug-free outdoor entertainment area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
