All of our homes come with a one-year materials and workmanship warranty and a five-year foundation warranty per Virginia Code 55.1-357. In addition, many of the quality products we use, such as appliances, faucets, flooring, siding, roofing, windows, and HVAC equipment, include their own warranties. Some manufacturers will even extend your warranty if you register it within 30 days of closing on your new home. Please consult the warranty information in your owner’s manual.
