One of the best ways to judge a builder’s caliber is by finding out what others think. Over the years, we’ve worked with some great clients. A few of them even took the time to share their experience with us, which we truly appreciate. Below are some of our favorites.

If you are looking for a builder you can TRUST then Darrell is the guy. My wife and I sat down with multiple builders when deciding to build our home. After meeting with Darrell and his team our minds were made up. He was the first one not dressed in a suit trying to sell us. Darrell not only made us feel comfortable with this life changing decision but was one of the few builders that used the same contractors for every home. This ensures the constant quality in every home he builds. From the start Darrell was very transparent with pricing, materials, and details of the process. Throughout the whole building process Darrell was always in constant communication and on top of things. His contractors all knew his expectations and it showed through their work. Before our 1 year follow up with Darrell, I hired a third party inspector to come check things out. After finding ZERO issues, the inspector said “I have been to many new houses, and whoever built this one did a great job”. Going on a little over 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking to build or remodel.

Darrell was easy to work with and always willing to answer questions. We have been in our for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. We were able to look at plans and change to meet our needs. I would recommend Darrell and have recommended him to others!!!

Extremely professional. Built my house exactly as we discussed. When i had a problem, he was right there to fix it even jf i caused it. Would not use any other builder.

As a local Realtor, I have worked with Darrell Kellum for more than 15 years. After watching him build homes for so many of my clients, I decided it was time for him to build one for me. Darrell took the time to listen to my wishlist, which saved a lot of time by knowing exactly how to make and incorporate the things that were important to me in the most economical way. Darrell has put together a great team that takes great pride in their work. This made the process even smoother, plus he didn’t disappear after contract signing, instead he was onsite regularly and always available if needed. He not only answered all my questions, but took the time to educate me along the way, which was extremely helpful to me as a Realtor. Darrell actually cares about each and every client. You will feel this from the first time you meet him. I am very happy with my new home and would highly recommend Darrell Kellum, Inc to anyone looking to build!
