From January to May this past year I made my biggest life decision yet, to get my first house. Going into this decision I was nervous and unsure on how the process would unfold or even what route was the best fit for me. After hearing many positive things about DKI my mind was made. Darrell had a vast selection of lots to choose from in the King William area which made it very easy to meet my financial needs. Throughout the whole process there was professionalism and patience from everyone I came into contact with. I was able to totally customize the house to meet my taste and my budget. Darrell and his team made the process of getting my first house thoroughly enjoyable, as it should be.
