Darrell and his team are amazing! I spoke with several other builders before Darrell, and they weren’t necessarily accommodating. But Darrell listened and made me feel like I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I had multiple points of contact throughout the process, and anything I wanted to change was never an issue. To me, everything felt very responsive and transparent. This was my first home-buying experience, and it has been amazing!
