If you are looking for a builder you can TRUST then Darrell is the guy. My wife and I sat down with multiple builders when deciding to build our home. After meeting with Darrell and his team our minds were made up. He was the first one not dressed in a suit trying to sell us. Darrell not only made us feel comfortable with this life changing decision but was one of the few builders that used the same contractors for every home. This ensures the constant quality in every home he builds. From the start Darrell was very transparent with pricing, materials, and details of the process. Throughout the whole building process Darrell was always in constant communication and on top of things. His contractors all knew his expectations and it showed through their work. Before our 1 year follow up with Darrell, I hired a third party inspector to come check things out. After finding ZERO issues, the inspector said “I have been to many new houses, and whoever built this one did a great job”. Going on a little over 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier.
