This is a quality builder with very reasonable prices. You wont be led down a dark tunnel and all information is shared up front. Mr. Kellum is an honest man who lives by his words and his contractors are an extension of his hand. The design build process is streamlined and even includes 3d of the inside and out. All plans are fully customizable to fit your needs and budget. I highly recommend them as your builder for your first or next home!
