We love our house! Thank you so much for building the place we now call home with such care. We wanted you to know that we are so appreciative of everything you did for us. We love the recessed lighting, which makes the rooms feel warm, the closet organizers, which were totally unexpected, the wide range of carpet and vinyl choices we had, the two shower heads in the master bath, the beautiful cabinets, and all the extra grading work you did.

We appreciate the great craftsmanship that shows in every single detail of our home, from the trim work to the paint to the drywall. Thank you for putting flooring in the attic and ensuring the house is well insulated, especially the extra added to the master bedroom. The larger water heater has been great because our teenagers won’t get out of the shower! The decks and porches are just terrific. We have spent countless hours watching and listening to our surroundings. We love the energy-efficient windows, which let in lots of natural light. We even love that door stops were put behind all the doors. It’s a little thing, but it means so much.

Moving here has been a life-changing experience, and we could not be more thankful! We also want you to know that every single contractor we met was wonderful. At one point or another, I think we met everyone who worked on our home, and they were all great. We also appreciate that you came by and checked on us after we moved in.
