The Sitton is primarily a single-level craftsman-style home with square columns, covered front and back porches, a double-door entryway, and a 3-car finished garage. As you enter the home, a 2-story foyer with a large window provides plenty of natural light, illuminating the path to the rest of the house. On one side of the foyer is a conveniently located office. As you move to the back of the home, you’ll find a huge open space that combines the family room, dining room, and kitchen and includes a large breakfast bar.

On one side of the home is the main sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a billiard room, which can be used as a home theatre, library, playroom, or guest bedroom.
