The Skyllar is a traditional ranch-style home just over 1,000 sq. ft. and is one of our most affordable models. It features everything a small family needs, including a covered front porch, a nicely sized family room with a vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with breakfast area, a hidden washer and dryer area, a pantry, and two bathrooms. The Palmer is part of our farmhouse collection and is a two-story design with more than 2,500 sq. ft. of living space. It features a classic farmhouse exterior with a covered wrap-around porch similar to the iconic farmhouse in Field of Dreams. This fantastic design includes an open floor plan that combines a vast great room with an exposed beam, an optional fireplace, and a large kitchen/breakfast area with a breakfast bar. There’s even extra storage under the stairs. On the opposite side is a large owner’s bedroom with a generously sized walk-in closet and private bathroom.

The Myers II is a beautiful home reminiscent of simpler times. At just over 1,500 sq. ft., it’s perfect for small families, seniors, or people who don’t want or need a lot of extra space. The Myers II is a functional design that’s surprisingly spacious. It features an attractive design with a covered front and back porch. On one side, an open floor plan combines the family room, dining room, and kitchen areas and leads into a covered rear porch, making the house look and feel a lot bigger than it is.

On the other side are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Tucked away at the back of the home is a large owner’s bedroom with plenty of closet space, a private bathroom, and a linen closet. You’ll also find a nicely sized laundry room. [Return to Designs]

The Maxey, which is similar to The Barber model, is part of our farmhouse collection. It features more than 2,100 sq. ft. of living space, a massive 58-foot covered front porch, a huge family room with a vaulted ceiling, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, and four bedrooms, all on a single level. At the back of the home, through a set of beautiful French doors, is a huge 42-foot covered porch, which provides the perfect space for entertaining and relaxation.

On one side of the home, you’ll find three bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. On the opposite side is a large owner’s bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a shower with a seat, a double-sink vanity, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. On the other side is the owner’s bedroom, complete with double walk-in closets and a private toilet. Pocket doors scattered throughout this model add stylish space-saving access to many areas.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—one of which includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet that’s perfect for guests or in-laws. The two others share a third full bathroom.
