Darrell Kellum, Inc. is a third-generation new home builder located in King William, Virginia. We have more than 25 years of experience building affordable, energy-efficient homes that are as functional as they are attractive. And although we offer new home plans that start in the low $200’s, we routinely build custom homes, commercial buildings, and other structures that are many times that amount.
We are also a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project® and disabled Americans everywhere. In fact, we were one of the first new home builders in the area to offer handicap accessible homes.
